I missed my monthly payment. Will I still get service?

If you activated on a PC Mobile plan from November 13 2020 onwards, you will need to top-up your account to cover your total monthly charges in order to receive service. Customers that activated on a plan prior to this date will continue to get service at applicable pay-per-use rates.
