Change the number of rings on your PC Mobile phone

Step Action

1. From your cell phone, enter *94#

2. Enter the number of rings (between 2 and 9) that you would like your callers to hear.
   Enter the number of seconds 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 if in an Atlantic province.

3. Press SEND.
   Example: *94#6 [SEND]

If the change is:

• successful, you will hear a confirmation tone.

• not successful, you will hear a fast busy signal.

Voicemail Access Number is 10-digits:
PC Mobile: 647-383-2322
Time: the number of seconds (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30) before the call transfers to voicemail

Example to sets the ring control to 20 seconds:
PC Mobile: *61*6473832322*11*20#

2. Press SEND.
3. A status message is displayed on the screen.
