What do these changes mean?
Customers will no longer be able to use their CDMA phone for calls (including 9-1-1), texts, and data after the end dates in the regions above.
Prepaid customers will no longer be able to top up on their current phones starting on the start dates mentioned in the table below. Prepaid balances will also expire across all regions on the balance expiry date mentioned below; however, if you upgrade your phone (to one that runs on the 4G network technology) before the balance expiry, the balance will be transferred to your new phone and the top-up blocks will be removed. Your PC Mobile number and rate plan will be transferred to your new device.
