You can buy PC Mobile SIM cards and Top-Up cards at participating grocery stores where President’s Choice® products are sold. Just visit a participating Loblaw banner store, pick-up a PC Mobile SIM card or Top-Up card and check out. Then, follow the easy steps below to activate the SIM card. Find a participating store here.

Activating your PC Mobile SIM card
If you haven’t already, you’ll need to activate your SIM card. You can do this easily online or by calling 1 877 284-6361.
To receive your PC Mobile service, you’ll need to make an initial top-up to cover the cost of your rate plan and add-ons. You can do this by using a credit card or other accepted payment method. Alternatively, you can purchase a PC Mobile Top-Up card by visiting a participating store where President’s Choice® products are sold. Find a participating store here.
You can also register for Auto-Allowance and we will automatically top-up your prepaid service account every month on your anniversary date or if your account credit balance drops below $5 before your anniversary date each month. Whatever you don’t use gets carried over for you to use the next month. You could be eligible for bonus data depending on which rate plan you choose. Learn more about Auto-Allowance here.

Unfortunately, the PC Optimum offer is available on new PC Mobile activations only. Existing customers do not qualify for the offer.
I lost the text message with my PC Optimum offer registration link. How do I register and receive my points?
If you have completed steps 1-3 above and received a text message with the registration link but can no longer find it, please contact PC Mobile at 1 877 284-6361.
I forgot to top-up on my second month and never received my PC Optimum points. What can I do to get it?
If you did not have sufficient funds in your account to cover your second month of service, you will not be eligible for the offer.
I registered for the offer and never received my PC Optimum points. Who do I call?
If you have completed steps 1-3 above, registered for the offer and you still haven’t received your points after 5 business days, please call PC Mobile at 1 877-284-6361 for further assistance.
